This summer, the team at the Global IT Shared Service Centre in Belgrade, Serbia moved into a modern, new space that allows for their expansion, comfort, and improved ability to attract top talent. The location was designed to support the company’s global business initiatives while enhancing its presence in an increasingly competitive market.
Situated in the historic district of the city, the office offers a perfect balance of heritage and innovation. The fully renovated interior features contemporary design, expansive views, and environmentally efficient smart systems that reflect Essex Solutions’ commitment to sustainability and workplace excellence.
The Belgrade team includes 12 dedicated professionals specializing in IT support, compliance, quality assurance, infrastructure, system analysis, operational support, and executive reporting. With flexible workspaces and collaborative zones, the office is designed to inspire innovation and streamline processes—providing the tools needed to meet the growing demands of Essex Solutions’ global network.
The space also includes dedicated areas for team engagement, future training sessions, and technology upgrades, positioning the location for long-term expansion.

The previous Global IT Shared Service Centre opened in Belgrade in 2022. The central European location was chosen so IT specialists can provide “real-time” global IT shared services across more time zones to support global operations.
